Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of mylistings.ph, a service that gives real estate agents a public page for their listings and contact details. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Who can use it

You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a contract. If you use mylistings.ph for a brokerage or team, you confirm you may do so for them.

2. Your account

• Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You’re responsible for what happens under your account.
• Tell us right away at support@mylistings.ph if you think someone else has used it.
• Your page name is set when you sign up so links you share keep working. Changes go through support.

3. Your listings and content

• You own what you upload: listings, photos, descriptions and your profile.
• You give us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, display and deliver that content as part of the service, for as long as it’s on mylistings.ph.
• You’re responsible for your content being accurate, lawful and yours to use, including that you’re authorised to market each property you list.

4. What you may not do

• post fraudulent, misleading or illegal listings, or listings you’re not authorised to market;
• use another person’s photos or details without permission;
• send spam or phishing through your page or links;
• interfere with, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service, or inflate view counts;
• use mylistings.ph for anything other than marketing property.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules, without notice where the harm is serious.

5. Our role

mylistings.ph shows your listings and connects buyers with you. We’re not a broker, and we’re not a party to any deal, payment or dispute between agents and buyers. Buyers deal with agents directly.

6. Plans and payment

Some features may need a paid plan. If so, the price and what it includes are shown before you pay, in Philippine pesos. Unless we say otherwise, payments aren’t refundable. We’ll give notice before changing the price of a plan you’re on.

7. Availability

We work to keep mylistings.ph running, but it may be interrupted for maintenance, upgrades, technical problems or outages at services we rely on. We don’t guarantee it will always be available.

8. Our property

The mylistings.ph name, mark, design and software are ours. Don’t copy them or make derivative works without permission.

9. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for listings agents post, or for deals between agents and buyers. Nothing here limits rights you have under Philippine law that can’t be waived.

10. Ending your use

You can stop using mylistings.ph and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the law. Obligations from before an account closes still apply.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. We’ll change the date above, and tell agents by email about significant changes. Using the service after a change means you accept it.

12. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Disputes go to the proper courts of the Philippines.
